John and Clover were married at the Grand Geneva Resort on September 15, 2007.

Here is their story and photo submission for the Grand Geneva Say “I Do” Photo Contest.

We chose to celebrate our special day at the Grand Geneva Resort and Spa because it holds sentimental value for our family.  My wife’s parents spent their first date at the Grand Geneva’s predecessor The Playboy Bunny Ranch, which is how we found out about the beautiful location.  To fully enjoy the splendor of the location, my wife and I celebrated our engagement by spending the weekend at the Grand Geneva exactly 2 years before we were married.  The Grand Geneva was a spectacular venue for our special day, our friends and family from around the country still remark on how beautiful the location was and the pictures are absolutely stunning!  Our coordinator, Marlene, was excellent and our service for our entire wedding weekend was top notch.  We would love to celebrate our next anniversary at the Grand Geneva.  It would not only celebrate our wedding but also the pending birth of our second child (we are due in late March 2011).  We recommend the Grand Geneva to all our friends and my wife’s parents still visit for a reminiscent weekend getaway too.
