Three Weeks Until Opening Ski Weekend – Bruce the Moose gets into the spirit of ski season

The official countdown to when The Mountain Top will be open for Opening Ski Weekend 2010! The Grand Geneva and Timber Ridge staff are preparing for Opening Ski weekend in their own way. We’re ready. Are you?

Meet Bruce the Moose, Mascot of Timber Ridge Lodge and Waterpark. Bruce spends a good deal of time in the Waterpark at Timber Ridge, but is getting into the sledding spirit to prepare for ski season. Billie Jean might be a little confused with his methods, but when opening ski weekend arrives, Bruce will be ready!

OPENING SKI WEEKEND PHOTO CONTEST – WEEK THREE (3)

Just like the water slides at Moose Mountain Falls, eight-year-old Bruce the Moose is a tiny bit scared of the hills at The Mountain Top at Grand Geneva. This week, submit photos of your best scared face and you will be entered to win *two (2) Free ski lift tickets to use at The Mountain Top any time during the 2010-2011 season. (*These tickets will not be valid on holidays, during holiday periods or during special events.)

To submit your photos, email them to socialmedia@GrandGeneva.com. All photos received will be posted on Grand Geneva’s Facebook fan page for voting on Friday, November 19th. The winning photo with the most “likes” at 3:00PM on Friday, November 19th will be the winner! So be sure to share the photo album with your friends to encourage them to vote for you.
