Butcher’s Cut at Geneva ChopHouse in Lake Geneva, WI

Enjoy perfectly paired wines with hand cut steaks this spring.

Geneva ChopHouse, one of the restaurants at Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, will feature the Butcher’s Cut series starting Friday, April 29 through May 19. Guests can select this seasonal menu of chef crafted cuts, in partnership with Chateau Ste. Michelle Vineyards.

“We’re taking non primal cuts and using cooking techniques to highlight local spring produce, enhancing the dish,” said Grand Geneva Executive Chef Jason Poole.
