Fresh Fall Menu at Geneva ChopHouse

Grand Geneva Resort & Spa’s premier steak and seafood restaurant, Geneva ChopHouse, now features a new fall menu for diners to enjoy. Launched the first week of October, this fall feast features more than 10 new seasonal dishes using locally harvested ingredients, including butternut squash, hen of the woods mushrooms and Brussels sprouts.

New dishes include a Crispy Skin Black Cod, served on a bed of ginger and pumpkin puree with a touch of hen of the woods mushrooms and crispy Brussels sprouts, topped with a mouthwatering black truffle jus. Taste three of our top cuts of meat with the new tasting plate, featuring three ounces of Grass Fed Beef Tenderloin, Wagyu Rib-Eye, and Dry Aged New York Strip Steak. Top your steak with one of our sauces: bordelaise, peppercorn crust, béarnaise, or try something new and order au poivre. We’ve also updated our Local Pan Roasted Chicken dish with seasonal baby root vegetable ratatouille and a small pool of parsley coulis.
